These terms cover sales of digital products and services offered by NOVALONGA to consumers and, where applicable, professionals, when NOVALONGA acts as seller.

Important: novalonga.fr is a brochure website. No order or payment is processed directly on this site as of the date of these terms.

3. Sales via app stores

NOVALONGA apps (including Petit Cœur) are or will be distributed via third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play or equivalents). In that case:

For store billing questions (subscription, cancellation, refund), contact Apple or Google support first. For app behaviour: contact@novalonga.fr.

4. Possible direct sales

6. Prices

Prices shown on the stores prevail for purchases via those platforms. They may vary by country, currency and store policy.

7. Withdrawal (EU consumers)

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply when legal conditions are met (performance begun with prior consent and express waiver, under applicable law). Store rules also apply.

8. Warranties and liability

NOVALONGA undertakes reasonable efforts regarding the quality and availability of its apps. To the extent permitted by law, excluded are: indirect damages, data loss attributable to the user, or interruptions linked to stores, networks or third-party systems.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury, nor mandatory consumer warranties.

9. Support

Publisher support: contact@novalonga.fr

10. Personal data

See the privacy policy and, where applicable, each app’s specific policy.

11. Governing law and disputes
